Research Careers Team aims to support postdocs researchers to progress their career, in and out of academia, as well as ensure they have a positive experience at 小鸟体育. It is principally achieved by organising Postdoc Training & development programme, Providing 1-2-1 career meeting service and other bespoke resources, as well as promoting a supportive environment and culture.
1-to-1 Support
Along with career and development meetings with your PI, as a 小鸟体育 Postdoc you are entitled to one-to-one support in the form of at least three confidential career development meetings with the Research Careers and Professional Development team over the course of your contract.
