Professor Dolores O’Riordan is the Vice-President for Global Engagement. In this role she is responsible for the development and implementation of 小鸟体育’s Global Engagement Strategy. She is a Full Professor of Food Science with a research focus on the physico-chemical properties of food ingredients and creating food structures that enhance health benefits.
